Shipping Partner

We ship all orders via Aramex, a trusted courier service delivering across South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, please allow:

  • Cape Town: 2–3 business days
  • Johannesburg & Pretoria: 3–5 business days
  • Other major cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote/outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive an Aramex tracking number by email. You can track your parcel at www.aramex.com/track.
