Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Wigs or hair pieces that have been worn or styled
- Opened hair colour kits
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Return
- Email us at bhuizen2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return request within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back to us at: 28 Blouberg, Cape Town
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
